The BS3 Planning Group met recently for the first time in a long time. It was great to see new and familiar faces and to discuss some current key issues. These included 8 Acramans Road, which is being developed for emergency housing, the Salvation Army building on Dean Lane, which is being converted to flats with a payment being made to the community to compensate for the loss of community space and the Barts Spices development, part of the Mead Street framework area.

The developments on West Street are likely to be on the agenda for the next meeting, which will be online on Tuesday 28 June at 7pm. If you’d like to get involved in these discussions, please come along!
