There are lots of developments happening in our neighbourhood at the moment, and the BS3 Planning Group has an important role in communicating with developers and getting local people’s voices heard. 

The BS3 Planning Group is part of a national planning network, and developers have an obligation to contact the group when considering building projects in the BS3 area.

The Chair organises and leads monthly meetings (currently on Zoom) and is the point of contact for local residents and developers. The Group’s Chair submits responses from the group on local planning applications, and is a role supported by Action Greater Bedminster.
