Established from a collaborative partnership including AGB, this grew from the Bedminster Property Partnership into a new organisation which states:

• We help socially-trading organisations to lease or buy buildings, develop business plans, raise capital and negotiate agreements that secure their future in the area.
• We work with property owners and agents to help lease or sell property for uses that will revitalise the high street and encourage inclusive and long-term growth.
• We nurture the development of a new horizon of civic spaces, that connect people, grow community and make low-carbon living enjoyable and everyday.
